Welcome to Harrisburg Actively Reaching Together (H.A.R.T.) Family Resource Center, located in Harrisburg, Oregon.  We work in conjunction with many local, county, and nonprofit organizations to provide quality activities and services to community members at little or no-cost. 

MISSION
The H.A.R.T. Family Resource Center is a core community connector in Harrisburg that is dedicated to actively reaching and providing opportunities for all individuals, families and groups to improve their lives. We offer services, resources and activities that help create a vital, vibrant and active community.

Vision
    As a caring core connector between people, groups and ideas H.A.R.T. Family Resource Center seeks to be a community unifier, helping all people by giving them opportunity to grow and reach their potential


Volunteer Opportunities
 If you are interested in volunteering for a community organization, H.A.R.T. is your volunteer hub. We provide staffing solutions for many local non-profit organizations that need volunteers. Volunteers are always needed and positions are currently available.
