Our Programs
The H.A.R.T. Family Resource Center coordinates and offers many services for all Harrisburg residents, at either no cost or low cost.
H.A.R.T. is in our 13th year of serving children, youth and families in the Harrisburg area.
Over these past years:
• We have had almost 35,000 hours of donated volunteer time.
• Over 110 parents benefited from our parenting classes.
• Over 40 children or adults were served on the dental van
• Over 1,150 children attended our summer camps and field trips.
• More than 370 children have been educated in our cooperative preschool.
• In addition, we provide a safe place for middle school and older youth
to come after school and during the summer.
• For the past eight years we have offered English classes for
Spanish speakers and translation and community outreach for our
Hispanic friends and neighbors.
